How Does It Work?

This workshop was a great opportunity for us to step away from the daily hustle and fast-paced work environment. It allowed us to focus not only on completing everyday tasks but also to think about how we can do the same work in a better and smarter way. We had a valuable chance to dedicate ourselves to at least one process and challenge — in a fun way — and, by thinking outside the box, disrupt established practices.

Who are these workshops for?

These group workshops are exclusively designed for HR teams that are looking to improve their processes, take initiative, tackle real challenges and co-create solutions.

How long does the workshop last?

Each workshop runs for 4 to 5 hours. It’s fast-paced, interactive, and focused on delivering concrete outcomes — including a clear action plan your team can implement immediately.

Can we attend just one workshop, or is a series better?

You can attend a single workshop and walk away with valuable insights and next steps. However, we recommend participating in a series of 2–3 workshops to build momentum, test solutions between sessions, and develop a more sustainable transformation process.

How many people can be in a team?

Team sizes range from:

3–5 members (Start package)
6–10 members (Plus package)

Larger teams are split into smaller groups to ensure engagement and effective facilitation.

What does the workshop look like?

The workshop uses a gamified approach (board game). Teams work on real challenges, exchange ideas, and create an actionable plan for the upcoming period. It’s engaging, hands-on, and impactful. Also you can expect speed dating sessions with other companies, reflection exercises, and lots of collective intelligence.
